Research Work
As dissertation is compulsory for all students of M.Ed., research work is done in college under the supervision of worthy faculty members. Students of undergraduate and post graduate classes are asked to do surveys on social/economic/political/educational problems in society and asked to submit their reports in the form of assignments/ research reports.
Community Service
Students who do community service work learn that they can actually make a difference with what they do. Students participate in Awareness rallies, NSS camps, Visits to Orphanages, Old age Homes, Pingalwaras and as a volunteer, they learn how to solve problems in a better way and enjoy the satisfaction of overcoming a hurdle.
Seminars and Extension Lectures
Seminars are a regular feature of college to stimulate insight into various educational topics among the students. Extension lectures by eminent educationists are organized to supplement class room teaching.
Morning Assembly
Keeping in mind that morning assembly provides a platform for students to express their talents, thoughts and feelings, on every Tuesday assembly is conducted in hall. Prayer, a thought for the day, main news of the day, talks by students and faculty members followed by national anthem are an integral part of the morning assembly.
Tutorial: Students of our college has been distributed into four groups under the supervision of teachers. In the tutorial class, students discuss their problems .Teachers also give their individual attention to the students. Tutorial is a method of transferring knowledge and may be used as a part of a learning process.
